Go original and say “no” to lifeless walls in the office!

I thought that I have already known almost everything when it comes to various kinds of office space. I have been working in many offices. Some of them were placed in huge apartments. Often it was just a simple open space. I worked also in a tiny, dark room that was called an office. Some of them didn’t have a many rooms, others didn’t even have its own bathroom (it was a separate room on the staircase and shared with other office). Nevertheless, I have worked also in extremely poshy office, where every single thing was cautiously designed by famous architect. All of these offices were totally different.

Nonetheless, when I wonder about them, all of them have one common thing – walls.
And when I say “walls” I don’t obviously mean only physical walls. What I mean is the method how these walls were designed. In every office they were painted in plain. Furthermore, they were not only plain but often also white or in other clear color. I didn’t worry about it back then. I was sure it just had to be like this, that this is normal, that this is unimaginable to work in the place with more colorful walls. However, last month my colleague has started her own company. The company has a rather tiny office but she invited me and a few other people to see it when it was finally ready. And you know what I have seen in this place? Awesome photos on the walls! Each wall had beautiful, big photo on it. On the biggest wall, in the middle of the office, there was a eiffel tower wallpaper. Next to that there were wallpapers with stunnig sun, flowers and green grass.
